We sustained damage to our vehicle due to their employees allowing a truck to go through the car wash with trash in the bed of his truck. The GM was very nice and met with us on Monday (7/9/18) to take the damage report. We went to the repair shop for an estimate. We just got a call from the Operations Manager (Jim M) saying that they did not agree that the damage came from their car wash. We clearly had trash blow onto our car, otherwise we would not have known there was trash in the truck ahead of us. If the employees on duty had done their job properly we would not have had this issue to start with. We want the car wash to fix the scratches on my car. We have no intention of ever returning to this car wash, and have told everyone we know not to go there either. We were 1 of 3 cars damaged on that Saturday. Previously a car had their windshield broken due to employee's not doing their job. Obviously this establishment does not do a good job and they do not car about anyone but themselves.
