During my initial visit- I was in/ much foot pain from diabetic nerve damage in my feet and one area in particular that I allowed the sales rep. to observe-at that time I asked if there were any type of inserts he had for my condition and he replied yes-and gave me 3 different plastic inserts-I put them in various shoes and walked around and told him there was no way I could wear these 12 hours a day. furthermore I could not afford to pay $400.00 a piece for each of the three inserts. At that time he informed me I could get a care credit and would not have to pay anything-which lead me to think I could return the product if it did not work- at no time was I informed there was a no return policy-as matter of fact I was lead to believe there was a return policy. The inserts are very hard radical plastic and after a few days of wearing there was so much pain I had to stop with the so called 3 step program. I only noticed the no return policy on the receipt after returning home with the product -it was placed in the bag among other papers out of my view in store. The advertising on TV is false at best and it is clear their sales reps have been trained to mislead the customer.
