This company owes me $USD, the owner of the company is *** In February of 2016, we were in *** Florida and required a golf cart I paid the fee online ($USD) - which I did in good faith, then picked up the golf cart - which was not adequate for our purposes From February onward I have been following up with *** (cell #: ***) and he continuously told me he was going to pay me back (initially on my *** card and then he promised to send me a cheque) I also have text messages noting that he would pay me back He has now stopped answering my calls, texts, and will not respond
