The Golden Oldies

Several months ago, I purchased a ctdiamond from their Ebay store, when trying to pay I ran into all sorts of issues with them saying propay would not accept such a large payment $So I ended up doing an over the phone charge using my debit cardBIG MISTAKEAfter several days I was messaged a tracking number however days later it still showed pre-shipment(aka a label had been printed but USPS had not received the package) Finally after getting the owner on the phone he said there was an issue with the package and he was re-sending it out personally that day and would get me the correct tracking numberTwo days go by and nothing once again, finally I get back in touch and am given a tracking number however it does not show up in the system because when I go to the post office they say its not even the correct number of digitsAt this point I contacted the police, with an officer talking to the owner he assured me once again the package was going out that day and would once again get me a tracking numberThe tracking number he provides is the ORIGINAL tracking number from the first attempted shipmentAt this point in time I get back in touch with him and tell him that if my money is not refunded in the next hours I will be back in contact with the police and pushing for felony fraud chargesFinally I received my refund after he responded back to me stating that the package was returned to him as undeliverable and it was my fault and I was the one trying to scam himThe owner is a conman, avoid him and the store unless your purchase can be easily cancelled or refunded
