Purchased an item from them through Walmart. Was the completely wrong item. They told me I had to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. And that had to be done before they would send out the actual item I purchased. What BS!

Did not receive as advertised, was told to pay for return shipping and restocking fee for an exchange. Rediculous. You're better off buying on ebay. How do they stay in business?

Review: Ordered am item from their website. Item that was received was not as listed. I called their customer service number to ask about a return. The person I spoke to refused to give me the information. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that he was the manager. I asked to real to some one above inn, if then hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to a manager and was informed again that this person was the manager. They refused to give me the information for a return and hung up on me. I called a 3rd time and was told that I had to deal with it and that I was an it who didn't know what I was talking about.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the item plus shipping and handling to receive and to send back.

Placed an order through Amazon. 1 week later received wrong product. Asked for a return and was told I would have to return at my expense. That is poor, poor service.

I purchased a fox but stock shell holder for 223 caliber and we sent the wrong product. I sent emails from Feb 2015 to December 2015 and have yet to receive the product I ordered.

Review: My aunt bought a hand guard for a Benilli M4 SBS shotgun. She asked is the item (B008WN206Y) would fit. The customer service rep said yes. She was concerned because the description only stated the M4 model, but didn't specify the SBS version. She was reassured the hand guard for both versions were the same. The rep said ONLY the barrel was shorter on the SBS version. She bought the item and gave it to me as a gift. I am a quadriplegic; I do not have full function of my hands. So I took the shotgun and the new hand guard (gift) to the local gun shop. They attempted to installed the item, but was unable. The gun shop employee stated Global Sportsman (seller) had shipped the wrong part. The part they shipped would not fit my M4 SBS.Desired Settlement: Or a replacement of the correct item.
