To Whom it May Concern:Upon Ms*** move-out she was to have her apartment in clean, undamaged condition and all personal; items removedThis is stated in her lease on page All rents and utility charges are to be paid upon move-out as well.Ms*** charges consists of utility and rent
charges as well as cleaning and damages to the apartment at move-out(see attached pictures I have more if needed)I have attached some of the pictures of her unit upon our inspection day after move-out.Ms*** was told that the charges will stand based upon the condition of the unit at move-out.Please let me know if you need any additional information or additional pictures
