6/6/16Here is a copy of the contract you signed 11/1/ We spoke on the phone in March I asked you to set up an appointment to pick up your consignment itemsYou were argumentative and refused and demanded payment for all your items....As per the contract that you insisted you did
not sign (contract enclosed) I informed you that you will only be paid for items sold and you have to pick up remaining items This left us at a stalemate This letter is to inform you in writing that you have one (1) week after signature of this letter to pick up any check you may have and the remaining items as well or they will be forfeited as stated in the contract Thank you,Usamarie S
