I have personally spoken to Lorraine already and issued an apology on behalf of our security teamfor accidentally cracking her ID, she is going to provide us with the ID so myself and our security company can determine if the ID is in fact a real IDOur security company has agreed to pay the
replacement fee if we determine it is valid
