Good afternoonThe issue was not on our end, Mr [redacted] jump to quick to report us, when the address that we had on file was wrong, the check was returned to us by US postal office, when we received the check, we tried contact him by phone and number was wrong, the only way was via email, he called back to verify mailing address and it was exactly the same where the check was sent the first time, we placed the original envelop inside a new envelop to show Mr [redacted] that the check was mail out to him days after his fist phone call requesting a refund He called on August 16th and post office shows August 18th.On my last email, I made him aware that we know about the Revdex.com report that he post, and asked him to please take a moment to go back and remove it once he gets the check because it was not our fault he did not received the check on time, Mr [redacted] never apologized or acknowledge that he had report us with the Revdex.com Attach please see copy of the original enveloped proving that was send back to us Mr [redacted] called back yesterday he has not received the check again, we suggested him to call us back by Friday 5th, if he does not received the check, with a paypal account for us to wire the moneyThank you Best***Front desk
