I have stated very clearly in the first complaintDenying does not make it rightI have never used this company before and I will never use it againI was available to answer the call the whole timeThis responsible party for miscommunication is no way myselfI don't know how I can make it more clear about furnace tune up unless they don't know how furnace look like

Customer called in on 6/26/
regarding
services performed through groupon on 6/25/The call was set up as
a Groupon a/c tune up and we went out there and performed the servicesWe have a signed work order indicating that service was performed. The
customer called back in and stated we tuned up the a/c unit and not the
furnaceI show record in our system as being an a/c tune upWe contacted
*** about the issue and he said the customer did not mention anything
regarding a furnace tune upThe client called in stated that she was not at
the appointment nor was there any inspection report available at the time of
serviceClient continued to state that the person at the appointment did not
speak English and was unaware of the appointmentWe have no way of knowing if the person at the location is the person who bought the service but we performed what was initially requested
We will quote the customer
$*** to complete a secondary tune up if requested
Our sales person went to the customer's fathers home on October the 1stThe unit was diagnosed with a cracked heat exchangerGeiler was not the original installer of the unitThe customer was given options1) Replace the heat exchanger using factory parts under the manufacturer's
warranty or 2) replace the unit in with a new oneThe first option is totally dependent on the manufacturer's availability of parts and the current schedule of the installerThe second could be performed immediatelyMs*** indicated she was not going to consider a new unit and directed us not to price it upShe was verbally given a price for the repair of $This was discounted off of our standard rates for non contract customer of $(see attached)As it was she was only billed $by the installing tech.So Ms*** theoretically still owes Geiler $ The parts were put on order on October 5th with Commercial SpecialistsGeiler and Ms *** called multiple times to Commercial Specialists concerning delivery of the parts. The parts came in October 16th at 5:PMGeiler was able to schedule our technician for October 23rd This was because of high volumeThe parts were installed and the unit is now functioning properlyWe are sorry for the delay but Geiler had no control over the partsMs*** was the recipient of preferential pricing despite not having a service contract on the unit and actually paid less than that quoted priceWe thank her for her past use of Geiler but we feel we saved her quite a bit of money already
I do not see that the complainant's response added additional pertinent informationWe have provided a signed work ticket showing what was doneIf the complainant refuses the offer we consider the case closed

I am done getting any non sense reply from this companyFirst of all, they did not offer a discounted rateSecond, why would I pay for what I have already paid for getting them do the job? This is absurdI don't want to waste my precious time to go over this ever again and I advice whoever see this review to think twice about using this company

The Geiler company has proposed no way of resolving this issue. I never received any quote for repair, my requested services were not done, my equipment was damaged, and they attempted to sell me a new unit when only minor repairs were needed.. They only sent a replacement quote, even after 3 requests for the repair quote. The reason I wanted a repair quote was because they had not even attempted to blow the ducts, change the filter, or even look at the inside unit, so I knew at that point they were only trying to sell a new unit. Both the filter needed changed and the ducts needed cleaned, which was originally requested. When my water was used to hose off the unit outside, the repair man did NOT hose the hose correctly and a $250 dryer was water damaged and is no longer in use, along with a few other cheap tools. I'm being extremely nice in not even asking for money for lost equipment. I am not willing to pay for a bill when nothing was done except using my water to connect their hose to wash my unit (which had to be rewashed). The fact is that this company is trying to scam unknowing customers into a new unit. They wasted my time and money just to try to sell a new unit. If they weren't ONLY trying to sell a new unit, then they would have provided me a repair quote, which you can see in the emails that I asked for and they didn't provide within a reasonable amount of time for a business being closed for repairs. I had also asked the technition, as well as over the phone when they called to get my email address to send the quotes. When the second company came out they changed the filter, blew the pipes, cleaned the outside unit, and repaced a part. They were prompt and repairs were done same day. The second technition from another company told me that they had probably sent someone who didn't know what they were doing because there is a safety device on the unit that when it gets over heated it will switch off, when it does this, you have to wait 30 mins before turning it back on. Geiler's technition either didn't know this and they sent an inexperienced tech out, or they knew that was happening and that was an excuse to attempt to scam me by telling me it wouldn't turn on. The only way I will withdraw the complaint is to comp my bill, since my requested services weren't preformed, they gave me a quote for what I didn't need, and damaged my equipment. I want no further bills sent to my business. Then the matter can be resolved. If they aren't willing then they deserve to have this review public becuase of their customer service and practices show that they are scammers.

They claim that I had made a/c tune up which I did not. From the beginning to the end I have never said a/c tune up They made a mistake and put all the responsibility on me. And it is interesting that everyone is obviously lying because they don't want to address this since they have already got the money.

6/12/At the time of service, the technician recommended to have a new
evaporator coil installed and [redacted] agreed to the repairs and we put the parts on order. Five days
after the original service date the technician advised the office that the part
was availableAt that point, we contacted [redacted] six times to set up an appointment to have the part installed, but never received a
reply.A message was left each timeFinally, [redacted] called back approximately a month later to inform us
that he had been out of town on business in IsraelWe advised him not to worry as we
had the part in our warehouse and we would be happy to reschedule the appointmentWe rescheduled an appointment for 07/31/15, which corresponded with his
scheduleA few days later an emergency job occurred that conflicted with
the appointmentThis was during a period of high temperatures and we have preventative maintenance contracts that require us to respond in hours to prepaid customers. We contacted [redacted] to try to reschedule for a
different time that would work for both the company and the clientHe did not
answer. We left a message asking him to call back to reschedule his
appointment for a different time frameThe client called back after the office
was closed and left a message on our general voice mail boxIn his voice
message he stated, "This message is for [redacted]Tell her to take me off of the

do not contact me anymore" Geiler is now out for the part that was orderedGiven how difficult it has been to contact [redacted] and our prompt initial response we are baffled by his actions
