Response taken by phone: We refunded the full amount of $on August 18th

Revdex.com has spoke with the business who advised the consumer was initially provided a refund of $45 which was on her account at time of concern.  Since that time an additional refund has been requested for the remaining $35 balance consumer was seeking.
