CAR TOWED TO CHICAGO MUFFLER & BRAKES ON NOVEMBER 17, I TOLD HECTOR THE CAR WAS ATTEMPTING TO START SUCH AS IT WAS CRANKING, BUT NOT TURNING OVERNOT TO MENTION HIS LACK OF COMMUNICATION, AND UNPROFOSSIONALISMI CALLED HECTOR NUMEROUS TIMES ASKING HIM WHAT IS THE PROBLEM OF THE CAR HE KEPT TELLING ME IM GONE CHECK IN ONE HOUR, ITS HOURS LATER I CALLED NOVEMBER 18, IN THE MORNINGHECTOR THEN INFORMED ME THAT THE CAR NEEDED A FUEL PUMP, THEN I STATED AND ASKED HECTOR IS THAT THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE CARHECTOR STATED YES I AM SURE THE CAR WENT OUT TWO DAYS LATER, AND CONTIUED TO DO THE SAME THING, CRANKING BUT NOT STARTINGI TOWED THE HECTOR MISDIAGNOSED MY CARHE CHARGED ME FOR A FUEL PUMP TOTALING $I GOT THE CAR BACK TO HECTOR AND THEN HE STATED "LET ME CHECK IT OUT" HE CALLED ME BACK ABOUT FOUR HOURS LATER AND STATED THE CAR FUEL RELAY FUSE BLEW AND HE REPLACED ITTWO DAYS LATER THE CAR DID THE SAME THING, CRANKING BUT THE STARTINGI TOWED THE CAR

I brought my car into his shop for services I told him wat wat wrong wit my car which was over heating and leaking antifreeze 'hector' the owner did an inspection on my car and told me that I needed a new water pump and a timing belt he charged me for his services 8-7-the very next day my water hose exploded which caused my car to over heat I was not able to drive my car I had to call a tow to take my car bac till the shop my car is currently not driveable I talked to hector and he told me my head gasket went out and told me it would be or more to fix my car
