We are playing phone tag so I'll email you to start.I called the *** home phone number the last 2 days to resolve this situations and the voicemail is full. I do not have an email on file for them. They have paid a portion of their cookware purchase and made those payments to the finance company and not to TFK Cooking Show. The paperwork they signed clearly states if they are unable to complete the payments they would be entitled to a product credit for any monies paid in. I will happily work with them to get them as much product that they want for the monies paid in. I will continue to reach out to them but if you can get them this info that would be helpful as well.Thanks

Hi-I spoke with the customer, ***. We have cordially come to an agreement. I will ship them products that they want, the value which exceeds the monies they have paid to date. They are also released from any further collection activity. I believe they are satisfied with this arrangement.Thank you
