I purchased a custom made Lace front wig from this seller. When I met with her to have the wig installed the quality was poor and the wig did not fit
I purchased a custom lace front from the seller LA Frontal Queen who goes by the name *** on January 9, 2020. I gave my deposit of 107.25 on January 9, 2020. I followed her instructions on how to measure my head correctly from her website. I met with *** on February 1, 2020 at 1pm to have the wig installed and to pay the remaining balance of $767.00 in cash due to *** stating she accepts the balance in cash only. I informed *** that wig did not fit and she stated that she would charge me another *** to reconstruct the wig. I explained to *** I followed the instructions on her website on how to measure my head for the wig and she stated that my measurements were not correct. *** was very dismissive when I told her the wig did not fit and she did not care any only wanted my money. *** told me I could add wig clips in the wig and stated it was fine. When I left her home and went home I inspected the wig and realized it looked nothing like the wigs advertised on her instagram page and I am very disappointed in her business practices and I feel as though she should fix the wig or give me my money back. Her website on Instagram is called the frontalqueen and I can send you picture of the wig that she made for me.
I want my money back
I received a product that did not look like the photo that I provided. I was told I would get a replacement but I have not.
I placed an order for a product from The Frontal Queen and provided photos (per request) of the style that I wanted. When I arrived I was not asked about the style I wanted nor was I given a mirror to see the final style when she was done. When I saw it, she saw the reaction on my face and could tell I was not pleased. We corresponded via text message and on 11/14, she said she would send a replacement unit at no charge. This was after I sent the unit back to her, and after several weeks of correspondence she stated she did not receive it. I did an investigation with the post office who confirmed that it was delivered to the right address. I sent a follow up on 12/9 requesting the status of the replacement unit and have not heard back. It's been almost two months from the initial service date and I do not have a replacement product. It's been 1 month since she said she was working on the new unit. At this point I've had to purchase another unit from a supplier I've previously used. I started losing my hair when my mom passed away, so must wear wigs for the foreseeable future.
I am seeking a refund because it has been 2 months and I do not have the product. I purchased it to wear but specifically for a trip which takes place in a week. I paid *** for this unit.
I have received the replacement product from the supplier. It was not the same product that I ordered, but I am evaluating the product to ensure it is the same quality.
