Review: Friedman Benefit Group is unable to resolve an issue between the application made on my behalf in 2014 to the Health Insurance Marketplace. I have attempted to obtain from the Friedman Benefit Group a copy of the original application and confirm tax credits from The Health Marketplace. He has not physical record of either of the above items. He has indicated to me that he can not print out a copy of the application. I have been working with [redacted] on the issue. We even met on 10-7-2015 and spoke with the Health Marketplace together about the issues. [redacted] seemingly has no desire to fullfill his obligation as the 3rd party provider by avoiding me.

It seems The Friedman Benefit Group wants to make the sales and not the customer service.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to reach out to me in resolving this issue before Oct.31, 2015. I will tell you - IT WILL NOT HAPPEN -
