We ordered a folding door in December of 2018. We placed the order with Cassidy and called back in January to check the status of the door. We were told she quit and left the order sitting on her desk. Thad took over and re-ordered the door. We called back in March and were told the door was accidentally not ordered despite taking our credit card information now twice. In March, Thad placed the order for the third time and assured us he would personally see to it that the door order went seamlessly. Called again in April and Thad assured us the door was on time. It's now 6 months later and our credit card was charged for deposit and final charge and there is no door. They have a frame but can't locate the glass. 6 months, 3 orders, scores of phone calls and fake assurances and no door. There are repeated assurances and lies but no door after full payment and 6 months
