The only part of the order that was "custom" was a four-inch box spring instead of the standard six-inch. Cost $250.00.
The mattress at $2075.00 was not custom and the delivery, which would not be arranged until the mattress was delivered to the store in ten days, was not custom. And yet, I was charged 15% cancellation for the delivery and 15% cancellation fee for mattress.
When I told you on Monday, June 6, I [redacted] wanted to be certain about my choice, you told me I had until the end of the week with no loss to delivery times.
You did not advise me of a cancellation fee and because I ordered the phone I had no receipt. You wouldn't email the receipt and you told me I couldn't pick it up. It would be given to me at the time of delivery. In other words, I bought something for which I could not get a receipt. That means I had no idea about any of your policies until I cancelled.
I was not in and out of the store many times. I was also purchased a piece of foam.
I expect a cheque in the full amount of $381.54 sent to me as a gesture of goodwill and to account for your errors in failing to advise me of your policies, verbally or through a receipt.
