The Fluff Factory Gourmet Cotton Candy

Ordered products, they were never delivered and now the company won't respond
I contacted the Fluff Factory around 4/5/20 by email through their website (theflufffactorytx.com). They responded on 4/7/20 and said they were open and could take my order for some cotton candy for delivery. I told them what I wanted to order through email, gave them my address and also my phone number so they could call to arrange payment. They called my cell phone later that day from the phone number that is on the website. I gave them my venmo name and they sent me a venmo request from a venmo account that is in the name of the owner listed on the website. Her name is Jacey Salinas-Krell (@jckrell on venmo). I have received no contact since that date. I emailed on 4/8/20, 4/12/20 and 4/16/20 asking for an invoice and a shipment date but have heard nothing. I requested my money back through venmo on 4/18/20 and I have messaged an account on LinkedIn for Jacey Krell, owner of the Fluff Factory, but have not heard back. I think this is a sham company done very well. But after 2 weeks of nothing I believe they are not real.

My boyfriend placed an order to be delivered and it never arrived. We both called them multiple times. After the first 10 calls the number stoped working. Messaged them and never received a response. No refund given. They delete negative reviews where they can.
