The store policy is written clearly on a photo frame right next to the registerIt states "No Returns, Exchange only" and also it says it in the receiptSince the case was new it just needed to be adjusted correctly to his phoneI did fix the case where he was having a little issue on it and
after that it was working finebut he still insisted to get a refund and when he was denied to get a refund since the case had no issues what so ever, he started to take the policy sign and push it off the desk and started yelling at me

I am writing this letter in response to the complaint letter you have sent me recently. ( [redacted]) I remember clearly when I fixed the phone ([redacted] 5) it was working fine. Generally when I fixed a phone, before I give it back to the customer, I always check everything on it just to make sure that...

the customer wont have any problems on it. The gentleman came here and he stated he needs a screen repair. I fixed his screen and charged 80.00 & tax for the service. The next day his girlfriend came back with a broken screen and they want me to fix it again for free. On every screen I fix, I give one year warranty. this warranty means that if something goes wrong with my part and my labor, I can fix the phone for free unless there is any physical damage on it. The claim that I use cheap materials is just not true. I fix anywhere from 15 to 20 phones a day and have been operating the same store since December. I have never had any complaints about my parts or labor before. He also stated that his home button wasn't working. If it wasn't working when I gave him the phone why didn't he tell me right away, instead of waiting another day. This is the question I would like to ask him. All of these screens are made of glass and naturally glass breaks when you hit something. the glass can not break easily just by pressing on it. I have a name and reputation here. I am not a greedy person. I would like to give their money back of course. I only need a fully functional, not broken [redacted] 5 screen. If they want to give my screen back, I can give them a refund.
