Jake was super helpful walking me through the insurance claim process over the phone prior to my visit. He explained when I got there exactly what the repair entailed. The service was very quick, and my phone performs and looks as good as it did the day I bought it. What a no-sweat solution to a potentially very expensive scenario; I'm very impressed! I'm definitely going to recommend The Fix Electronix to anyone I know with broken tech, as well as return if the need should ever arise again.
