I am rejecting this response because: They are not admitting that they were negligent with this construction loan and I feel they were very much negligent They refunded a few hundred dollars that they added on to my son's loan and that is the end of it Not a good place to do business Thank you for the opportunity to share at least with the Revdex.com what a unethical bank it is and not a good place to do business

To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com that was assigned an ID of 11981571.The First National Bank of Catlin executed a construction mortgage for the person who placed the complaint in addition to a son and daughter-in-lawonly the
son and daughter-in-law were going to be on the permanent final financingonce the home was completed and a completion statement was provided to the bank from the appraiser, the construction loan was paid off.we are refunding the last interest payment received since the bank had already included the interest due when the permanent financing was completed for the son and daughtlaw.Sincerely,*** ***Compliance Officer
