On 6/2/15 The Firm Plumbing Professionals began installing a new sewer line at our neighbors property. The contractors dug a 30 foot trench along our property line, depositing all of the dirt, old sewer pipe, roots, sod and other debris on our property. We were not asked by the contractor for permission to access our property, to store materials on our property or to make a mess of our property. When we questioned one of the contractors, we were informed that the associated mess would be cleaned up upon completion of job. We explained that our weekly rental guests were checking in on 6/4/15, it was important to us that the mess be resolved prior to our guests arrival. On 6/3/15 the contractors completed installation of the sewer line, leaving our yard a mess with a significant amount of dirt and debris left behind. We were forced to cleanup the mess ourselves.
