The Field House at Chelsea Piers

Review: Chelsea Piers sells gym space numerous times throughout the year to corporations for events making the facilities off limits for member access. We pay full membership for full access. Not just access on nights when they have not rented out the space to others. No compensation is given to members when we are denied access to the facilities. They book facilities for corporate events that interfere with member access more than a dozen times a year. We count on and pay for access to this facility. If it is not going to be available, members should be given compensation.Desired Settlement: Members should get billing credit for the number of days they are not able to use the facilities they have paid for.
