Review: I was charged at this particular hotel for a mini bar charge that I didn't use in the hotel room. They did a investigation within the hotel and I didn't use the mini bar in the room at all. But I'm still being charged for the charge. I don't see why, I'm being charged for something that is in the room and every room. This is a property of Hilton. Thank you.Desired Settlement: They did a investigation within the hotel and I didn't use the mini bar in the room at all. But I'm still being charged for the charge. I would like for a full refund. I was dissatified with the customer service and the way this whole investigation was taken care of. Thank you.

Review: My sister and I stayed at this hotel on 8/11/13 for an evening. Upon checking in to our room, we noticed that there were HUGE stains all over the carpet. Due to the fact that we were charged a $30.00 non-refundable fee for my dog, we contacted the front desk to ensure we would not be charged for the spots and stains on the carpets that were present upon arrival. The front desk clerk stated that she would inform the night manager regarding our concern, as they have you sign an agreement that "if your pet causes damage" that they will charge your credit card. After calling about the spots everywhere, we also noticed that in our "non-smoking" room, there were cigarette burns in the patio chairs, the fan in the bathroom did not work, and the AC/Heating vent was FILTHY! There were hair in both my sheets and my bath towels. My sister and I have horrible asthma and allergies, and endured major issues with our sinuses upon awaking on Monday morning. We paid about $400.00 for one nights stay at a "4 star" hotel, as well as a $30.00 pet fee and $19.00 parking fee. I was completely unsatisfied/disgusted with the condition of this hotel. It is, to say the least, outdated and poorly maintained. There are several TripAdvisor comments from patrons who were there the same day as we were who were disgusted with this hotel as well. It is outrageous to charge such a high price for a room and call yourself a 4 star hotel when the rooms are dirty, stained, outdated, non-functional and full of dust and hair. Perhaps you should close one building a month for cleaning and maintenance, and tear out the carpets that are worn, stained and smell of must. We were completely unhappy with our decision to stay at your hotel. I have photos of the room and it's condition should we need to present them to you.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for our room fee, as well as the $30.00 pet fee and the $19.00 parking fee. A credit of $433.32 credited to the card used to book this room would be appreciated.Confirmation: 86290298Modify ReservationArrival: 11 Aug 2013 4:00 PMDeparture: 12 Aug 2013 12:00 PMRate Information:Rate Type: AARPRate per night: 341.05 USDTotal for Stay per Room: Rate 341.05 USD Taxes 43.27 USD Total 384.32 USD

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9669662, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The
only discrepancy I have is that their response stated that "Ms. Jensen (my sister) did not give the hotel a chance to correct the problem, or make a
complaint about the condition of the room" which is false. We walked down to the front desk, as we sat on hold for over 15 minutes, to make a complaint about
the condition of the room, and the stains on the carpet. The front desk clerk apologized for keeping us on hold for so long, and stated that she
would pass our complaint about the filthy, stained carpets to the "night manager". So we did try to get the issue resolved, however, we were
unsuccessful at getting any type of response from the night manager.
