I ordered sanitary pads and panty liners for my daughter from Femly and they arrived in two days! The team included a nice note congratulating her on her first cycle, and a discount code. Very thankful for such a great service, as this was an awkward thing to discuss when I was younger.
I placed an order in March 2019. Never received my product. I emailed continually every week with no response iher refund. There is no contract number on any of their social media platforms. Horrible company

We have been in communications with *** via text since last week and sent her refund thereafter. Our payment processor notified us that refunds can take 10-15 days according to each users individual bank, however we received a notification that this was sent and ***’s bank is successfully processing as a refund on 6/14/19 (see attached). After we see confirmation on our end, customers usually see their funds within days. It is currently Saturday and we’re not sure if ***’s bank operates on weekends, but we believe she’ll have the full amount of funds in her account next week. We appreciate her and are sorry that we didn’t meet her standards. We’ve offered to provide funds through a faster transfer route but she expressed that she wanted them delivered to the card on file and we gladly obliged.
we’ll continue to stay in contact until this is resolved and thank her for keeping us accountable. We kindly ask that she remove the complaint once her refund is confirmed and will gladly provide a 10% discount for life thereafter as a special “thank you”.

I purchased from FemlyBox in December of 2018. I never received my items and when I inquired about my purchase and when it would be arriving, they gave no explanation and told me it was not shipped and if I wanted a refund. I told them I would like a refund and they never sent it to me. I asked them via email every week if they would send me my refund and they ignored me every week. I went on their *** account and again asked about my refund. They lied and told them my bank had sent it to me in February. I called my bank and they have no record of femly giving me any kind of refund. this was about a week ago and they have been ignoring me since.
