I've dealt with this customer at many fly fishing shows over the years Other fly tying vendors know him as well and warned me what a pain he is to deal with No matter what you do you can't make this guy happy In this case he ordered a $hen neck and when it came in I sent it to him the same day His card was not charged until the day it was sent That's the problem with people like this, they love to complain and conveniently don't tell the whole truth I'm not sure if he has some emotional problems, but whatever the case, he is a person to avoid

to him the same day. His card was not charged until the day it was sent. That's the problem with people like this, they love to complain and conveniently don't tell the whole truth. I'm not sure if he has some emotional problems, but whatever the case, he is a person to avoid.
I ordered feathers on August 12 2016, $234.00 worth and here it is the end of November and still no feathers. I have contacted the owner at 6 times by phone and email. I have sent him copies of the receipt and the order. He always promises to look into the into the matter and get back to me.....never once has he called or emailed any kind of explanation. I far as I am concerned he is a thief and crook and his business should be shut down.
I ordered feathers in early December. Over two weeks have passed since the charge was made to my credit card. My first call got through and the owner said he would look into it. Subsequent calls, texts and emails have been unanswered. His voice mail is full. I suspect he took the money and did not send the shipment. He charged no shipping fee. I am contesting the charges on my credit card.
