I ordered two cheese burgers, two shakes and a munchie madness platter from fat shack off their online order system and recieved two practically raw on the inside burgersWhen confronted the manager on duty said their menu says they're cooked to medium rare and refused to refund me my money or prepare new burgers saying "it's company policy"No where on their website does it state the burgers are cooked to medium rareI'm very unhappy with my experience there and will not be ordering from them again

No where on their website does it state the burgers are cooked to medium rare. I'm very unhappy with my experience there and will not be ordering from them again.

I first we to The Fat Shack due to a writeup on their Philly Chees Steak sandwich, which I picked up in person. The staff ware extremely genuine and friendly, as well as quick. The place was spotless and the kitchen was clean. You don't always get that these days. Even the guy in the kitchen was friendly and brought my order out to me, personally. Today, I had a delivery. Still the same, great customer service and the food was not only hot, but it was the same quality I was looking for. Well done, to the staff. You have secured a repeat and gracious customer.
