Don't rent from this place. We have appliances that are falling apart. Property manager agreed to replace them before we signed a lease. 6 months later, we still have roaches living in our oven, a broken refrigerator, and mold starting to show through the paint. They're spending all their time and efforts remodeling the leasing office, and giving us excuses as to why they can't replace our appliances and clean our duct system. Don't rent here. The facilities may look nice on the surface, but if you need something in the apartment fixed, you'll get the run around. Terrible experience!
