The Eye Site

The Eye doctor examining my eyes( *** was told that she did not get all of the dialation drops in my eyes. She said ,? Oh it's ok some of it did!? She told me that ,? It looks like your prescription has changed just a little bit. We are gonna get you some new lenses and your eyes will adjust.? So, I spent $584.36 on 3 pairs of glasses, new contacts, and the eye exam. Except, the new prescription yielding an incorrect lense bc she failed to get the drops all the way in my eye and neglected to listen to me when I told her during the examination. I spent over $500 in her shop with nothing to show for it. Multiple attempts have been made to get my money back or two get the bad lense switched to a proper prescription lense. This has been going on for FOUR years. She has been told that my eyes never adjusted to the bunk prescription she tried to force on me. But she insists the only way she'll fix it is if I spend more money on getting my eyes re examined. No. She didn't do it correctly the first time,I can't take the chance of round two of spending $@ her shop with nothing to show for it. This shop is less than one mile from my home and I even tried to appeal to her sense of being a good neighbor and doing the right thing and making it right. I have been ignored and ripped off. They didn't even take my insurance I had back then,all of the $584.36 was out of my pocket . Now I don't have insurance. I feel she and her husband are not acting with any ethics and I would like my $584.36 returned. She had me under the spell of ? oh just give it time and your eyes will morph into the prescription I wrote for you.? Except that did not happen. Migraines resulted. Wrinkles resulted. It's not fair to pay her again for a correct eye exam. She sent her secretary to tell me ,? Well you had 90 days to tell me something was wrong.? I responded that I'd told her during the eye exam that something was wrong and she proceeded anyway. Bad business. Please refund money.
