This has led to a significantly reduced schedule while the providers learn the new system, and the result is that the wait for open appointments has increased.The confusion with the insurance is a training issue that will be addressed by management Although the patient reported that she had [redacted] insurance.  [redacted] actually subcontracts their vision plan to another company, [redacted]). and we do participate with [redacted].The Patient Representative did not follow the appropriate procedure when the patient asked to speak with a supervisor. She should have taken a message so the supervisor could have called the patient back when she returned to the office.
