We are sorry for the difficulty Ms. [redacted] experienced with us. Our normal policy for a glasses remake is to give credit for the current lenses being remade and charge only the difference if new pair exceeds the cost of the current....
In this case, Ms. [redacted] purchased both a distance pair and a reading pair of lenses but has decided to try a single pair of progressive lens glasses instead. She expected a credit for the two pair we have already made. Although we would normally provide credit for only one pair of lenses, for which we have already credited her, we are also willing to provide credit for the second pair. In addition, we will make a new pair of progressive glasses for her. Her cost will only be $12 dollars for change. We discussed this on 03/26/15 with Ms. [redacted] and she accepts this resolution.
