The Equestrian Shoppe

Review: I have never spoken to this merchant. I placed my order on-line, received an email confirmation and never heard from the merchant again. I have emailed and called every day this week (08/28/13 to 08/02/13). I have received NO response. When I log into 'my account' all it says is the order is 'processing'. I have asked for an email or a call back and have received No communication. When you call the phone number on the website, it rings twice and then transfers to a different phone (and a different ring tone). No-one answers, you just leave a message and never hear from anyone. I think this is a bogus website and they are perpetrating a fraud. I don't think this is a real company. I have not received my order and I have not had any communication from the seller.Desired Settlement: Either send my merchandise or return my money immediately.
