Review: I placed an order with this company on 02/**/14. To date, the order has not shipped. I have contacted the company via email through their contact page, left voicemails, and have even sent messages via Facebook inquiring as to when my purchase will be shipped. I have been charged and it has cleared my bank account. No one has returned my phone calls or emails. Considering the order was placed 14 days ago, I find it unacceptable that my order still has not shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like a response to my emails and/or voicemails and I want my purchase shipped.
