email also had an attachment; Resident Parking Addendum - which also reiterates requirements and the residents responsibilities.The second email dated 12/30/17 clarifies the revision of the parking policy for visitors and what residents are required to do to obtain permits and where visitors may park.Our office did receive photos and the tow ticket for the [redacted] that was towed on 1/6/18 at 12:35 am. The information was received by our office on 1/7/18. This ticket and photos are also attached.In the Customers own statement it is stated there was no sticker fixed to any window/windshield in the vehicle. The stickers are to be stuck on the interior of the window. It is stated in emails and the parking addendum that Vehicles that do not display a property sticker will be towed.U
