Previous Residents [redacted] and [redacted] were not evicted from The Enclave however they were filed on 11 times in a 26 month period but all were dismissed. Whenever court paper work is filed it does show on your credit as a...

landlord tenant record even after it has been dismissed. As for it showing that she was evicted, we did speak with our attorney who verified that no paper work was filed to execute full possession of the property, all cases were dismissed due to payment. If Mrs. [redacted] has a case number that may show she was evicted I would be glad to look into this further.
