Review: On Sunday, October 12, 2014, my son attended a baseball clinic sponsored by Mr. [redacted] d.ba. Elite Baseball Academy. Included in the clinic was a $30 option of having a hitting video analysis provided following the clinic. We paid the $30 additional. To date, we have not received the video we paid for. Although periodically sending out information indicating the video will be provided, none has been to date. Mr. [redacted] has not responded to email requests. Several others within the community are having the same problem.Desired Settlement: We would like a return of our $30 including a sincere letter of apology. We would also like to ensure others aren't taken advantage of in the future by requiring some type of advertising or social messaging regarding Mr. [redacted]'s business practices.
