At this time, I have been contacted directly by The electronics depot regarding complaint ID 10431316, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They still never let me know whether or not they would replace the fridge or return our
money.

Review: My fiance & I purchased a refrigerator from The Electronics Depot and it worked for 3 days and then the fridge stopped getting cold but the freezer worked. I called them to notify them and I was told ** would give me a call back to set up arrangements for it to be fixed and never called. Both my fiance and I called the next 3 days after that and no one would answer the phone for us. They would let it go to voicemail. We left voicemails every time we called and no one ever returned our call. I have a 16 month old and a 4 month old and I told them that on one of the voicemails but I guess none of that matters bc they had already made the money so they were not worried about the warranty we had.Desired Settlement: Like I said I have 2 babies under the age of 2. I would really appreciate if I could just get another fridge from them so it can be handled as quickly as possible. I am not trying to screw anyone over I just think it is fair to give us one that works since we paid them in full.
