Review: In short, my friend and I were treated with the utmost disrespect by the management of this establishment. We are both young, well-dressed women with our children (both babies). Our service was abysmal and the food was stone cold. The [redacted] never even introduced himself to us , let alone offer any compensation on our meal. All in all we were in this building for almost two hours, and both left in tears and shaking from anger after the way the manager spoke to us.Desired Settlement: I would like my friend to be reimbursed for our meal. I would like the public to know about this incident.
