I was told that my $security deposit would be refundable and that I would have hours after approval of a lease application to decide if I wanted to move forward with the apartment leaseI was then told upon approval that my deposit was not refundableI reached out to management several times via email and phone call and spoke to multiple people, was told my deposit would be partially refunded, was told I would be contacted after a few days, etcI have yet to receive a refund, partial or otherwise, and have also not heard back from anyone
