The Dry Cleaner - Real Canadian Superstore

I sent my *** jacket to this store on Jan 12. On the receipt, it says it will be ready by Jan 21. The person at the desk also said that people will call me when they have my jacket back. I did not hear from them until a few days after Jan 21, so I called. The lady claimed that they do not know and usually takes 3 weeks, but they will call me when it is ready. The store lady called me said that the cleaning place will charge me additional 60$ on top of the 70$ on the receipt, meaning 130$ plus tax. When I asked why, and she cannot explain to me. I asked how long take to clean, and she said she does not know. I asked her where is my jacket and I do not want to let them clean my jacket now. She said that she does not know. She said that she will let other call me when my jacket back. She hang off my phone without my satisfaction and knowing where is my jacket, and when I may get it back. The lady on the phone does not have good attitude or patience and always answer she does not know.
