Very pleased with our driveway extension. Great communication on job schedule.
I could not be more satisfied. I had questions about work I had done last year. Without hesitation, Dave *** from the Driveway Company explained that some rework needed to be done and that it would all be covered under warranty. I cannot say enough about the attention given to customer satisfaction.
Had my drive sealed paid a premium price but got a premium job
Had my driveway cracks sealed two years ago, and paid big money thinking this would last for years. Warranty only good for one year. Several of the joints are cracking and pulling away from the foundation. I even am having ants boring through sealant and making nest. Called company several times to get someone out to look and do repairs. Have been blown off several times and calls not returned. This company is nothing more than a traveling snake oil salesman. Save your money!
I don't believe this company is rated so high by the Revdex.com. I will contact them and wage a complaint.
I got a quote from the Driveway Company in June to fill cracks in my driveway and mud-jack around my garage door entrances. They started in early July, after I paid quite a bit for the work. Did about 2/3 of the quoted work during first visit. After several calls, they came back and did a bit more. After several more calls, the foreman came back and we agreed on what was still left to do. That was in August. It's now the end of November, and despite calling to the office every two weeks, no one ever comes back to finish the job. I would certainly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
After finding one of their fliers on my front door, I called The Driveway Company for an estimate to caulk the concrete around my house. I usually fill and caulk the concrete every other year myself but I thought maybe I would be open to paying $***-$*** to have someone do it for me. UNBELIEVABLE they quoted $*** to "remove old caulk, seal cracks and joints on driveway, sidewalks, patio, etc.". I could replace the concrete on half of my driveway for $***, so how could caulk and labor cost that much?
