I have received and continue to receive unsolicited email messages about real estate in which I have no interest. To date I have received 10 messages
When I attempt to unsubscribe from the mailings there is actually no such option. This in itself is a disservice to any potential customer. I have written to him at *** multiple times throughout November and December asking to be removed from the list. Mr. C and the company are non responsive.
Mr. reached out for more information regarding *** via Realtor.com on November 21, 2018. Our team member Caleb reached out to him and continued to follow up from that time.
Mr., as he correctly stated, asked to be removed from the contact list. Caleb was newer to the contact management system and turned off one of the follow up tools but failed to turn off all of them. We have manually removed all contact to Mr. and greatly apologize for the learning curve on our new contact management system which caused him to receive unwanted correspondence.
