The Drees Company

Our home construction was completed on Feb 2017 and continues to have issues with stress cracks that have been filled and painted over on numerous occasions in all areas of the house. The downstairs area remains cold in the winter due to the poor installation of the windows which constantly like outside cold area into the first floor area. To date, the sump pump circulates water in the well but does not discharge it. Each time I notified Drees of the issue before the warranty period expired, there was always a delay in responding or stating "that it's just the nature of a new home." Now that the home is barley outside of the warranty period, Drees has not made an attempt to provide a remedy or contractor to access the workmanship or mechanical failure of the home.
