Dear [redacted] ,I received an email notice from the Revdex.com of a complaint against the Drake Institute on Friday evening, May 27, at 10:29pm on a disputed amount from a patientThe patient was [redacted] and the Complaint # was [redacted] , for a refund for $3000.The only request we had received from her for a refund was on May 25, 2016, requesting a refund for unused treatment sessions. My secretary had left her a voicemail during the day on May 27, so we could obtain her credit card number in order to credit her the refundThere never was a dispute from our end on crediting her the refundLater that night, May 27, I received the Revdex.com notification that a complaint was filed against the Drake Institute by herShe did not call my office back from the voicemail left for her on May 27, so my secretary called her again on May and she answered the phone and gave my secretary her credit card numberA refund of $was processed that day and the funds were debited from our account on June 1, 2016.This complaint was unfortunate because we were trying to credit her a refund before we even knew that she had filed an unnecessary complaint with the Revdex.comWe never disputed providing her with the refund.Sincerely, [redacted]

had received from her for a refund was on May 25, 2016, requesting a refund for unused treatment sessions. My secretary had left her a voicemail during the day on May 27, so we could obtain her credit card number in order to credit her the refund. There never was a dispute from our end on crediting her the refund. Later that night, May 27, I received the Revdex.com notification that a complaint was filed against the Drake Institute by her. She did not call my office back from the voicemail left for her on May 27, so my secretary called her again on May 28 and she answered the phone and gave my secretary her credit card number. A refund of $4950.00 was processed that day and the funds were debited from our account on June 1, 2016.This complaint was unfortunate because we were trying to credit her a refund before we even knew that she had filed an unnecessary complaint with the Revdex.com. We never disputed providing her with the refund.Sincerely,[redacted]
