Contacted them for a new garage door for my house Receptionist asked me all the questions then transferred me to *** *** (who told me he was the owner) *** told me no information was relayed to himI explained in detail what I wanted and needed someone to come out to my home, discuss options and pricing*** refused to come to my home instead he repeatedly wanted to tell me about three types of doors over the phone he sells, even when I asked him not too*** then gave pricing over the phone *** then told me people screw him around, and are not home, etcwhen he makes appointments This is not specific to me *** did not want to make an appointment to get the work because of his own attitude for having to do part of his jobNot my problem or issue I would not recommend The Door Doctor of South Florida Inc
