He brought his e-collar back to me after his dog was home for days. He said the dog was perfect and didn’t need the collar. Within hours he said he had to surrender his dog because she wasn’t listening. The collars go up to 100, but it was not set at 100. As for the
refresher lesson, that is not up to us. The customer is to contact us for these follow-ups. If the dog is doing well, it is not necessary for the dog to come back in a week, but if there is aggression, customers are to bring the dog back. I gave him a full refund on his collar and then he posted the Facebook page, which was taken down because it had no validity. If the dog had to be surrendered, that is on him, because he was responsible to contact us for the follto help with additional lessons. We have even had dogs that have been surrendered come back to us and trained them and put our name out there stating they are fine. This gentleman never contacted us regarding any misbehavior or the extra lessons, and just made the Facebook post

I am rejecting this response because: Here was my response to his email.Thank you for your responseIt saddens me that we didn't get this response originallyPersonally I don't feel comfortable bringing our dogs there for any type of further trainingAs I stated they were terrified when we picked them up and had lost weight so I'm not comfortable with whatever techniques you use to train the dogsI will never forget the site of my dogs tail tucked, them cowering so low, and how skinny the one had gottenIt truly was sad and broke my heart. We do use the training collars at home and only use it on a or setting out of 100, periodicallyThat setting alone makes them whimper and scares themI know that while they were with you they were using a 15-on themI had no idea then that even a 1-setting would hurt them let alone how high of a setting that was used then on themHad I known then what I know now I would have requested the level be lowered significantly. Im not sure this situation can be rectifiedIt physically makes me sick when I even think about the money we spent on the outcome we receivedI just pray that maybe in the future your techniques and professionalism will change drasticallyPeople are paying good money and trusting you with their pets, whom some such as myself, view as a family member.

My dog loves going to the dog house. He has been going there for over 5 years. He has such a great time and has always been well cared for. They are always there at the time I have arranged.

Absolutely no accountability. We showed up to pick up our dog, and no-one was there. Upon arriving again later,rour dog was being attacked. The owners were rude, and tried charging us more than our original agreement. .
