Horrible communication skills. Unprofessional and rude. She will yell at you on the phone and in email (ALL CAPS). She may know the law, but she is extremely unprofessional in the way she treats her customers. I mistakenly gave her the wrong document she had requested, and she called and yelled at me for two minutes. Her eyes are bad, so she has trouble reading small emails. I don't know if her hearing is bad, but she yells when she talks. You can't get a word in. I asked for a refund and explained that no one deserves to be treated like this. She has sent nothing. Do not waste your money or time. You won't get either back.
