This company is a jokeTheir product did not work and they hide valuable info in their "Terms and Conditions"They do not let you know up front that this is a 15-day trial and you will be charged $once the 15-days are up- which start they day you order The product takes between 8-days for processing and shipping which only gives you a few days to try it and cancel I cancelled when I saw the charges on my credit card which no email was sent out to let me know that was going to happen This company has shady business practices, at bestDue to the $charge on my credit I will not be able to get my children Christmas presents I will never order from them or their affiliates again In dealing with their "customer service" the woman on the phone was rude and the I sent emails to their "support team"- they stated they would get back to me in one business day and it was more like They will not refund my money

They do not let you know up front that this is a 15-day trial and you will be charged $180 once the 15-days are up- which start they day you order. The product takes between 8-12 days for processing and shipping which only gives you a few days to try it and cancel. I cancelled when I saw the charges on my credit card which no email was sent out to let me know that was going to happen. This company has shady business practices, at best. Due to the $180 charge on my credit I will not be able to get my children Christmas presents. I will never order from them or their affiliates again. In dealing with their "customer service" the woman on the phone was rude and the I sent 2 emails to their "support team"- they stated they would get back to me in one business day and it was more like 3. They will not refund my money.
