This was simply a case of human error. I, alone, do over 1500 payouts quarterly, manually. Rarely does an error occur. Her check for $85 was mailed out on time. The address was manually entered into business computer...

missing a single digit. Complainant contacted me over a month after check was sent out. I said I would gladly reissue the check but asked if she could possibly check with the neighbor to see if they had it first. She said they did not. I intended to reissue the check immediately but somehow in error did not. Not intentionally by any means. After speaking directly to the bank upon receipt of this formal complaint, I was told that she was not issued a new check. Apologies. It is now on its way to the correct address.

Review: Left my clothes to be sold with shop in March and was told payment goes out in June. In July I found out check was sent to wrong address but resent to me after confirming right address. Then was asked to check with wrong address neighbor to see if they have. Then was told they were checking with their bank. All this after being told my check was resent. It is now almost 4 months later and I have not received payment.Desired Settlement: My payment for clothing sold
