Review: Was charged one price for office visit procedure and lab fees all included as a self pay since I had no insurance. I paid my bill the day I had service then one month later got a lab bill for a much higher amount called spoke to [redacted] in billing to correct that she told me they would fix it then one month from then I received a new higher bill. I am not getting anyplace with [redacted] who is the person in charge of billing I call and she pretends like she never spoke to me before.Desired Settlement: Would like the billing issue fixed once and for all and the Dermatology Group to acknowledge that I paid my bill in full and owe nothing more.
